The Bay Room offers exclusive private dining for groups with an incredible view of Elliott Bay, Mt. Rainier, the Olympic Mountains and Port of Seattle. Our contemporary Northwest cuisine suits all tastes from the freshest local seafood to steaks, chicken, pasta, and sushi.
The Bay Room comfortably seats up to 55 guests and up to 75 guests may be accommodated for a standing reception. For larger groups, it may be possible to utilize the upper portion of the restaurant's main dining room, which is separated from the Bay Room by a sliding frosted glass panel. SEASONAL MENU CHANGES: Prices of menu items are subject to change based on product availability. Salmon, Halibut and Crab are especially likely to fluctuate in price.

Your general menu information is required two (2) weeks prior to your event. A final guest count is required no later than three (3) days prior to the event. The Final number of guests is not subject to reduction. Your final bill will reflect the guaranteed number plus any additions.
SPECIALTY CAKES & DESSERTS
We are happy to cut and serve specialty cakes or desserts provided by guests for a $3/person cutting fee. In accordance with Health Department regulations, we will only serve food which has been prepared in facilities licensed by the Health Department.
WINE, BEER & LIQUOR
We offer a private bar for beer, wine & cocktails with an additional set-up fee of $150. Pre-ordering is required for all bottles of wine. The Private Dining Coordinator will suggest the quantity and the date that the wine order must be made by. If wine by the glass is preferred and the choice is not pre-selected, there will be house red and white wine available. If wine is brought in for an event, a corkage fee of $15 per bottle will apply to all standard size bottles of wine and $30 per bottle for magnums.
Please discuss special requires for your event with the Private Dining Coordinator. We will do whatever we can to ensure that your event is handled with care.
Cutters can provide you with extension cords, an HDMI cable, and the use of our projector screen in the Bayroom. Please let your event manager know if they'll need to make arrangements to supply you with more equipment than listed above.
We are happy to assist you in obtaining additional items or supplies to compliment your function. Should rental fees apply, those fees will be added to your final bill. Pre-determination of billing procedure is necessary in order to complete equipment rental requests.
PARTY SIZE AND MENU PRE-SELECTION: Please note specific which would pertain to your group size.
EVENT TIMES: Event arrival and departure times are to be coordinated with the Private Dining Coordinator and finalized within 72 hours of the event date. Events which last longer than four (4) hours will be billed at the rate of $75 per hour for each additional hour.
FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUMS, TAXES & SERVICE CHARGES: All Food & Beverage minimums are required to be met before tax and service charges. For all events we require a 20% service charge, a 10.1% sales tax and a 3.9% Living Wage surcharge.
BILLING: At the conclusion of the event, the contact person will be provided with a single bill to be paid at that time, or to the card on file.
CANCELLATION: Within Five (5) business days of your scheduled event, you will be charged the room's full food and beverage minimum, the non-refundable deposit, 20% service charge, any and all food ordered, plus any charges for labor used and any costs incurred from outside services Cutters Crabhouse ordered at your request. Within Two (2) weeks of your scheduled event, you will be charged the full room's food and beverage minimum purchase requirement plus 20% service charge and taxes. If you cancel within 90 days of your scheduled event, you will forfeit the deposit. If you decide to cancel your event, you will receive a full deposit refund if canceled Four (4) months prior to your scheduled event date.
